Website forms
This website is built and hosted using Webflow.
When you submit a form through the website:
• Webflow processes the information you enter;
• the submission is stored within our Webflow account; and
• we receive an email notification through our Google Workspace account.
Webflow’s current documentation confirms that submissions sent to Webflow can be viewed and managed in the Forms area and that email notifications can operate alongside stored submissions.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information.
We use service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website and business. These currently include:
• Webflow, for website hosting and form processing
• Google Workspace, for business email and communications
• professional advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, technical or business purposes

Webflow’s Data Processing Addendum describes Webflow acting as a processor in relation to customer personal information and sets out obligations relating to subprocessors, security, data-subject requests and international transfers.

Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, appropriate transfer mechanisms should be used.

• enquiries that do not lead to work may normally be retained for up to 24 months
